Renovation-Radio.com Mortgage Update: FHA 203k Renovation Loan Expert Skip Schenker Discusses Problems Associated With “Sagging Roofs” When Using An FHA 203k Streamline Renovation Loan (Audio)

Skip Schenker recorded first "Renovation-Radio.com" broadcast Sept. 1, 2010.

Skip Schenker of Renovation-Radio.com discusses the issue of a “sagging roof” that was cited by an FHA appraiser on an appraisal for an FHA 203k renovation loan. This leads to a problem when a homebuyer wants to use an FHA 203k Streamline loan for repairs and renovation as a sagging roof is a “structural problem” and should prompt the loan to become an FHA 203k Standard loan with the use of a HUD Consultant and general contractor.
